The Wagga Wagga Civic Centre Project involved the construction of a 3 level building, comprising Council Offices and Chambers, a Regional Art Gallery, Library, Restaurant & Coffee Shop, basement carparking, and a separate Art Glass Gallery.
The construction comprised approximately 210 tonne of Architectural Structural Steel, which was clad in 3000m2 of glass and Composite Aluminium Panel. The finishes were of the highest quality, including polished stainless steel and glass balustrading, solid timber stairs, exposed structural steel and perforated aluminium sunshades.
Landscaping was extensive, and included approximately 3500m2 of Urbanstone paving, which surrounded garden and grassed areas, and a water feature.
