In 2001, Joss Construction completed Albury's first multi-deck car park for the Commercial Club.
Located in the centre of Albury, the car park provided 227 car parks over three levels (basement plus two levels).  In 2009,  due to the Club's continued expansion, Joss Construction added two more decks. The additional levels include 168 new car spaces with approximately 5000 m2 of floor area.
To complete the construction, the existing carpark required additional steel bracing which was added whilst maintaining public access and parking. All up, with the remedial works and the new decks, over 284 tonne of steel was used in the project.Â
