About Us

Joss Group is a private company established in 1975 by husband and wife team Colin and Lorraine Joss.  From its base in Albury NSW the company primarily specialised in construction management and the building of commercial and industrial projects.

Over the years the company has experienced significant growth and successfully diversified into other industry streams including facility management, distribution, warehousing and property development. 

Today the company operates three divisions.

  • Joss Construction, one of the region's largest and most experienced building contractors with a reputation built on the successful delivery of complex and challenging projects.  Joss Construction is experienced in all aspects of commercial building including feasibility investigations, design and construct, construct only, construction management and managing contractor. 
  • Joss Facility Management is a leading provider of maintenance, asset management, cleaning and project management services throughout regional NSW and Victoria.  With offices in Albury, Deniliquin, Griffith, Wagga Wagga, Queanbeyan, Wollongong, Batemans Bay and Bathurst, Joss Facility Management provides a wide range of services to a varied client base from both the public and private sectors. Currently Joss Facility Management employ over 70 administration and management staff and 600 cleaners.
  • The latest addition to the Joss Group,  Joss Distribution supplies specialist 3rd party warehousing and distribution.  The main facility in East Albury is 25,000 square metres under roof and provides a range of services including palletised storage, carton and pallet pick, cross docking and container de-stuff.
