Desirable Requirements
¨ Qualified tradesman (preferably carpentry)
¨ Minimum of 5 years experience in the building industry
¨ Demonstrated experience in Facility Maintenance
¨ Experience in supervising general cleaning
¨ Excellent communication skills
¨ Proficient in the use of Microsoft products
¨ Current Drivers Licence
Remuneration package by negotiation based on above criteria. A motor vehicle will be provided to the successful applicant.
